Our Spiritual Mentor gives us some Beautiful tips for life –
1. Take a Walk of 20-30 minutes every day & keep a SMILE on your face. It is the ultimate antidepressant. Sada khush rahen.
2. Sit in SILENCE for at least 10 minutes each day.
3. When you wake up in the morning, PRAY TO GOD & ask for His guidance for your purpose, today. Guru Bhagwan tells our purpose of life is to attain Love for God or God realisation.
4. Eat more of natural, God-made food that grows on trees & plants and less of manufactured, Man-made food (junk food).
5. Drink plenty of Water each day.
6. Try to make at least three people smile each day.
7. Don’t waste your precious time and energy in gossiping, brooding on issues of the past, negative thoughts or things that you can not control.
Instead invest your time & energy in Chanting the Holy name of God {Naam jap}.
8. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper. Yani bhojan prasad mai morning breakfast Raja ki tarah khub khana chahiye, phir lunch mai thora kam khana chahiye aur dinner mai bhikhari ki tarah bahut kam khana chahiye.
9. Life is too short to waste your time in blaming, complaining, hating & keeping grudges for anyone. FORGIVE And FORGET !
10. Don’t take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
11.You don’t have to win every argument. Learn to Listen to the other person.
12. Make peace with your past so that it won’t spoil the present.
13. Don’t compare your life with others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
14. No one is the incharge of your happiness except you.
15. In the joys & sorrows of life, Remember these golden words :- ‘This will also pass away’.
16. Help the needy, Be generous! Learn to be a ‘Giver’ and not always a ‘Taker’.
17. What other people think of you is none of your business.
18. Time heals everything.
19. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.
20. Envy is a waste of time. You already have, all you need.

21. Each night before you go to bed, Pray to God and Be thankful for what you have accomplished today !
