This story gives a learning lesson. It is the essence of the whole life of an old man. During the journey of his life, he finds that during different phases, his love kept on shifting. But at the end, he found that everyone left him and now he was all alone.
The shifting of his love is depicted by the changing photos in his purse. At the end, when the old man was alone, he had put Lord Krishna’s photo in his purse. He regretted that he should have remembered GOD since very beginning of his life because only GOD remains with us always.
It also teaches us to have an inner connection with GOD while doing every work. Only GOD can stay with us all the time because – GOD is our BEST FRIEND.
