Spirtual Awareness

Spiritual Awareness (“Spiritual Awareness,” “we,” “us” “our”) has adopted this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”), which describes how we collect and use personal information (such as your full name, email address or mobile number) (“PII”). Spiritual Awareness respects your privacy and recognizes the need to protect the PII you share with us. We would like to assure you that we follow appropriate standards when it comes to protecting your privacy on our web sites.

The Spiritual Awareness web site (http://www.spiritualawareness.co.in) (the “Site”) is a general audience web site. Our Privacy Policy applies to “Visitors,” which means that you simply browse or use the Site, “Subscribers,” which means that you have subscribed to receive one or more Spiritual Awareness newsletter, email alerts or partner emails, and “Members,” which means that you have registered with Spiritual Awareness. The term “User” refers to a Visitor, Subscriber or a Member. By using the Site, you signify your agreement with all the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to those web sites that do not display or link to this Privacy Policy or that have their own privacy statements.

Spiritual Awareness may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Each such modification will be effective upon posting on the Site and the effective date will be noted at the beginning of such revised Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Site after Spiritual Awareness posts a revised Privacy Policy on the Site signifies your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. Therefore, you should review the Privacy Policy periodically so that you are up to date on our most current policies and practices. If Spiritual Awareness materially changes its practices regarding collection or use of your PII, your PII will continue to be governed by the Privacy Policy under which it was collected unless you have been provided notice of, and have not objected to, such change. In the event the last e-mail address you provided to us is not valid or is not capable of delivering the notice to you, Spiritual Awareness’s dispatch of an e-mail containing the notice to that e-mail address shall nonetheless constitute effective notice.

1. Collection of Personally Identifiable Information

In general, you can visit our website without telling us who you are or revealing any PII about yourself. We track the Internet address of the domains from which people visit us and analyze this data for trends and statistics, but the individual user still remains anonymous.

There are times when we do collect your PII from you to reply to your queries/register you as a subscriber or member. Generally, you will have the option not to provide the information (which will affect our response back to you). If you choose not to provide the information we request, you can still visit our website, but we will be unable to reply to your queries and deliver you the newsletters (and other communications).

2. Use of Personally Identifiable Information

Spiritual Awareness will not sell, trade or disclose to third parties any information derived from the registration for, or use of, any online service (including names and addresses) without the consent of the user (except as required by subpoena, search warrant, or other legal process or in the case of imminent physical harm to the user or others).

We use personal information to provide the services you request. We use your personal information to respond to your queries; resolve disputes; troubleshoot problems; help promote a safe service; collect fees owed; measure consumer interest in our products and services, inform you about updates; customize your experience; detect and protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activity; enforce our terms and conditions; and as otherwise described to you at the time of collection.
